Superb location! The restaurant has been carved into the rock at the end of the Quai des États-Unis, providing a view of the entire perspective of the Promenade des Anglais. Truly magnificent at sunset. It feels like dining on the water. 3 to 4 choices for starters, main courses, and desserts. Very good quality cuisine.

An incredible restaurant nestled in the rocks with a magnificent view. The dishes are excellent, very well presented, and very refined. I highly recommend the dish: the burrata, peaches, and langoustines, simply incredible. The octopus is succulent. For dessert, the strawberries with mint whipped cream are very fresh. Congratulations to the chef. The service is very professional and the waitstaff very friendly. I highly recommend this exotic location.

A magnificent view of Nice, refined and excellent dishes! The attentive staff and the manager are very pleasant and very professional. We made a mistake when booking, thinking we were reserving at Les Bains du Castel restaurant, but we had actually booked at the Castel Beach restaurant, and the manager still accommodated us. Thanks to her and all the very friendly servers. We will gladly return, it feels like being on vacation!

First time in this recently renovated setting, an idyllic setting with a view of the sea and the promenade. With the sunset as a bonus. Excellent gourmet cuisine, perfect service. Regarding the prices, they remain high, but it's worth it exceptionally. We will come back.

Firstly, thanks to the exceptional location of this small restaurant with a limited number of tables (well spaced from each other), ideally nestled in the rock overlooking the sea. The ambiance is "cosy" and the view magical... giving the impression of being seated on board a boat anchored off the Bay of Angels. The Chef's gourmet cuisine offers a journey of flavors and original textures, as beautiful to the eye as they are tasty to the palate. As for the service, as efficient and discreet as it is attentive and warm, it is also to be commended. Without a doubt, one of the most beautiful addresses in Nice, which I highly recommend.
